Circuit Court of Appeals and Petitions for Review

Board of Immigration Appeals decisions can be appealed to the Federal Court of Appeal in the appropriate Circuit. The rules regarding review in Federal Courts are very complicated and you should consult an attorney prior to filing anything with a Federal Court.

Petitions for Review to the Federal Appeals Court can be filed within 30 days of the BIA decision, however Petitions for review can only be made regarding questions of law. If you are seeking to appeal a decision reached by the Board of Immigration Appeals in your case, contact our office to discuss your options with experienced Attorneys.
